Transcript for "What’s Next for FastField: Asset & Team Tracker, AI, and More":
Hey, everyone. Welcome to today's webinar. We are going to be talking about the FastField Pro plan features today and what's coming next, including, AI and asset and team tracker and some exciting new features to show all of you. So super excited to have you all with us and be able to show, all the exciting things that we have coming for FastScale over the next few months here. So, before we dive into that and get started, a few housekeeping items. First and foremost, we are recording this session today. So if you need to hop off early, share this with anyone on your team, or just watch the webinar again, you will be able to do so. The recording for this will be sent out tomorrow to your email, typically around twenty four hours, after this event concludes. So stay tuned to your email for that recording. Second, we are gonna be showing a lot of new features to FastField today. Super excited to show you guys, all of the demos and things, but we do wanna make sure that this is as interactive as possible and we're answering questions and things, as we have time to do so. So you will see a q and a feature next to the chat where a lot of you are dropping in where you're joining us from here today, but feel free to submit questions at any time throughout the webinar in that Q and A feature. We do have time allotted at the end to answer as many questions as we can. We will do our best to get to all of them. If we don't get to your question live today, we will make sure that someone follows up with you directly to get that question answered. But, again, submit those questions at any time throughout this session here today. And finally, we are giving away a free pass to Empower. So just by joining us live on this session, you are eligible to win that pass. So shout out to all of you for being here and automatically being entered. We will randomly select that winner today after the webinar, and we will alert that winner via email. And then we will all, let you all know tomorrow in that email with the webinar recording who the lucky winner was. So I believe that is all the announcements I have for today. So with that, I am going to bring on our product expert here today and let him take it from here. Adam, it's all yours. you, Charlie, and, thanks for everyone joining today. My name is Adam Wathrop. I'm a product manager for the FastField team, and I'm very excited to share what we've been building and what's coming next for FastField. As Charlie said, feel free to drop questions in the chat. We've got people monitoring it, and they'll answer as many as they can in real time. And we will also flag some of the bigger questions for the q and a section at the end. Quick overview of what we'll cover. First, I'll walk through some of the features available today for the pro plan, that you may or may not be taking full advantage of if you are on the pro plan. And then we'll get into the new features coming soon, including some live demos, have some recorded demos, and we'll leave plenty of time for q and a at the end. Quick safe harbor. Everything I showed today, in the coming soon section is in active development. We're sharing it because we're excited about it, but timelines and details can shift. Okay. Let's jump in. Pro plan today. So we're starting out with task scheduler. So task scheduler lets you plan and assign tasks ahead of time. So instead of coordinating last minute, you can set it up once, and your team gets their assignments when they need them. You can schedule one off tasks or automated recurring jobs daily, weekly, monthly, even yearly. And from the admin side, you can get real time visibility into what's upcoming, what's active, and what's overdue. Okay. So on to label scanner. So label scanner, OCR label scanner turns, your phone or tablet into a data entry tool. Obviously, on the FastFuel app, you can manually enter in field values and things like that already. But for serial numbers, equipment codes, product information, it was extremely difficult to capture that type of information. Just like you see on your screen, you've got this, you know, Linux label that would be extremely difficult to type in manually into a form. Right? And you're you're expecting your users to type those values in exactly as they show there and without any fat free fingering or mistakes. And OCR alleviates these issues. So you can use your scanner, your OCR scanner, in your fast field form. You can take a picture, and it will scan that particular label, grab all those values, and then you would manually map, those values to your form. That speeds up the data entry. It makes it a lot more accurate. And then as well as that, you can save templates, which will allow you instead of having to go through the mapping process every single time, the idea here is that you can scan it, map it once, and then save it as a template so that next time you come in and it recognizes that same label, it will auto map to your form. Updates on this coming soon. We we're gonna share a little bit more about label scanner today, and I'm excited to share some updates to that. Alright. So next, AI workflow, is our automated engine. You can write custom AI prompts that run against your form submissions, and it can route data, trigger alerts, flag anomalies, and generate summaries automatically. So instead of someone having to re re manually review those submissions, every single submission every time, AI can do that kind of first pass, and it can prioritize urgent items, escalate issues, and route things to the right people. So really awesome feature, to to start using AI in in your submission workflow. Alright. So those are some of the big features that we currently have available in the probe plan. But coming soon, we've we're working on lots of features for that we're gonna continue to fill out the pro plan with. And, the big one that we've been working on the past, I don't know, five or six months is asset and team tracking. And this feature gives you real time visibility into where your equipment and field teams are right from the portal. And the let me frame the problems that this feature solves. Questions like, where is my equipment right now? Does this asset need maintenance? Who's the closest available technician? And what are my technicians working on right now? Right? All of these things, it was very difficult to see and answer these questions real time within FastField. And so we aim to answer these questions and solve these problem problems with the asset and team tracking feature. But let me show you instead of just telling you, I'm gonna show you what we have today. Now I will say, this group in this meeting right now is the first to hear. We actually released this feature yesterday. So everyone who has Pro Plan currently on their account, you'll be able to use this feature right now today. We haven't even sent out major communications yet about this because it was so soon, so hot off the press. I'm gonna show you, little tease. This is talking about future features. This is actually a live feature right now. So let me go ahead and share my screen. Alright. Hopefully, you all can see my screen. And, if you have ProPlan or or on a Pro trial, you you will see a tracking drop down in your left navigation here. And this is where we've stuffed asset and team tracking feature. So right off the bat, you can see the map page, and this is kind of from a high level, this is ultimately what you'll be getting with asset and team tracking as an admin in the portal. And I'm just gonna kind of zoom out, show you the full picture, and then we'll kind of dive in a little bit more into how to set up, how to configure some of these things. And then, I'll give you kind of a use case of how how you would use it and how you would want to interact with it. So, you can see that I have already set up layers, and layers are how you would be able to view things on the map. And there's a handful of different types of layers. You can have a a task layer to view your open tasks, within your map here. You have team layers, and that uses your your active users that you have on your particular account and user groups. I'll show you how to configure that, in a little bit. So you and then you have the asset layers. So you can you can grab or configure data tables that you've already set up within your account. You can point and, configure an asset for those particular data tables. So say if you have an heavy equipment list, a data table, you can designate that as a as a layer and then, be able to view it on your map. Also, you you can hide and show these layers kind of at will depending on what you want to view. And then, as you can see right underneath that on this right hand side panel, you you have this visible in view. So we're whatever you're viewing on your map currently so for instance, as I zoom in here on this side here, you can see that this visible in view changes here. And even as I toggle these off, maybe I don't wanna view job sites or all users. Maybe I just wanna view field technicians and heavy equipment. You can see that my visible in view has changed here. So as I zoom in more, you see that this will change, which is really awesome. Also, I have a search ability. So if I wanna find some someone outside of you or some type of an asset outside of you, then I can then I can find it. So I can search for bulldozer, and it'll find this, track bulldozer, and I can kinda zoom right to it if I want to. And you can see that my visible in view section updates, and so I can only see this one asset in my particular view. Okay. So zooming in here, you can see that I have the title of the particular asset and a handful of, particular items that I've called out for this particular layer. I'll show you how to configure this in a second. But I can view all of these details and view a history of this particular asset. What's cool is I can zoom out and see kind of the historical record of, how the location has changed. I can see that on March 18, this bulldozer was at this, 0.1 location, and then it went to two, and then it went to three. And I've got a handful of location updates since then. So kind of a cool view here. You can see, again, some of the, whatever fields you've configured for this lay layer to be able to view. I I can also, right from this screen, edit this particular record within the data table if I wanna update the location, and I can also create a dispatch for this particular asset. I'll do that in a second after I look at the user layers. Alright. So that is some things you can do with an asset layer. Let me just go ahead and go to one of my field technicians. I'm actually gonna go to myself. So I'm gonna search Adam. I'm gonna go to myself, and I'm going to view my own details. And I can see here, my location changes. I I drove around last night just knowing I had this demo coming up, and I drove around and did a handful of things. But you can see that I've been able to track a handful of particular, events for my user. And so what this requires, it requires that I have a user within FastField, that I have the FastField app on one of my devices, that I've logged in to that particular user's account on that particular FastField app. And then, and then there are three different ways I can track a user, and and this is configurable within the admin settings for your account. You can config you can track by just check-in and check out. We have a new screen within the FastField app that I will demonstrate to you in a minute. So just on those particular events, check-in, check out, break start, break end, things like that, or you can track breadcrumbs. So this is requires that the user is logged in to their app and that they're visibly looking at the FastFuel app, meaning that the FastFuel app is in the foreground and not in the background. Okay? And so that will track every five minutes. It'll send up a ping of their last known location. So that are that is these blue pins right here. You can see this is a a breadcrumb. And as I was driving around, they grabbed these particular pin locations. And then also these, these icons right here are my, like, start break, end break, things like that. So those are two ways. Check-in, check out, break start, break end, that's one type. Breadcrumbs, which I just discussed, it sends up a PIN every five minutes as long as they're viewing the FastField app. And then three, the third way you can check is just by form events. So things like started a form, form is in progress, and it's saved, and then submit form. And you you can see here if I zoom into this particular location, I've I had a handful of these form events all at this one place. Right? So I had a form submitted. I had a form start in here somewhere, started working on this form, and then a handful of, like, in progress saved events here. So kind of a cool view. You can also see any assigned tasks that this user has, what type of device they're using, etcetera. You can also see major check-in and check out events in this panel to the bottom. Okay. That is team layers and asset layers. Let me show you a little bit of how to configure these. So if I go into this layers panel on the left nav here, you can see that I've got two different pages. I've got one for teams, and I've set up these layers already. So if you're starting completely fresh, you'll come into these pages, and you won't have any of this stuff. Right? So you'll need to come into your team's page. You'll need to set up at least one user layer if you wanna track your users in a specific way. And if I go into field technicians, I can name my particular layer. I can select what type of a layer type I want for these users. Right? Do I wanna have all my users be tracked in this way, or do I wanna segment by user group or specific users? I can choose my pin icon, pin color, pin size, all that fun stuff. And once I've done that and I save it, then it automatically will show my layer within the map page on the top right just like you guys saw. So I can segment, maybe managers or whatever I wanna track, whatever segment of users I wanna track in the field. And then if I go down to layer to, to asset layers, you can see I've got heavy equipment, job sites, and oil platforms as optional types here. So I've already set up heavy equipment. And within this area, you can see I've selected a data table that I've previously set up previously set up within my account called heavy equipment. One thing to to note here, in order to use a data table as a layer, you you need to have a location field within that data table. That's probably self explanatory. I probably don't need to say that, but but there there's a such thing as a location field or column that you can add to your data table, and it will use a lat latitude, longitude location for that particular record. Right? And then you can select whatever you want your title field to be, and then you can set up five other kind of custom fields. And these are just visible fields that you can see on the outcome. And the reason why we've set up five, up to five custom fields is because their data tables can be hundreds of fields long, hundreds of columns, and pulling all that data into a map view is often unnecessary. So we've kinda limited it to five. Hey. Pick five fields, if you want to. And then you have your same kind of pin icon, pin color, pin size configuration with the added ability to create rules. Now this is pretty cool. You can create rules based off of fields within your particular data table record. So, for instance, if I had a bulldozer and when the status of that bulldozer says requires repair, I'm gonna say that the pin color needs to be, red, and the pin icon needs to be this bulldozer thing, and then the pin size needs to be medium, right, as well as operational. Right? When it's operational, I want it to be green. When it's under maintenance, I want it to be yellow. So because I have those rules already set up within my layers, if I come to the map page and, again, I can look at my visible in view, and I can, look directly at one of my bulldozer that that is red, meaning it needs maintenance. So I can zoom right in. I can see because of the PIN color, it's it does require repair here. Right? So the cool thing I can do here is I can create a dispatch off of this particular asset, and I can say, hey. This needs repair. The operator, said, there was a hydraulic leak. I probably spelled that incorrectly. I don't know. And assigned to myself. So I'm just gonna assign it to myself just for ease of use. But, obviously, you'd wanna send this to, maybe the nearest technician. So you'd be able to zoom out of this map and find whoever the nearest technician is and then send it to them. Right? So I'm gonna do the equipment repair form status. It needs to to need to be done. Hi. And then you can see here we've added this ability to link resources. Right? So, previously, all we had was this project field. Now you have this kind of tagging feature that you can link resources together, and that will allow you to kinda see work being done actively by a particular user or for a particular asset. And I'll show you what that looks like in just a second. Dispatch type, onetime scheduled. So this is a onetime repair. It's gonna I'm gonna have it be due on Wednesday, but I'm gonna just do it right now in just a second. And click next. Location. I'm going I totally just screwed that up because I backed out of the dispatch, so I'm sorry. This is what happens when you have live demos. Right? Let me just real quickly get back to where I was. Alright. Dispatch type, one time. Due date, we'll just have it due today. K. There we go. Set the location. It's gonna send me an email. I can prefill form fields here if I wanted to. I'm just gonna go ahead and skip that once it loads, and I'm gonna schedule this task. Okay? Alright. So now that's gonna send me the task in just a moment. Let me go ahead and share my screen. I'm gonna stop sharing this, and I'm gonna share my mobile device here. Alright. So I'm now the repair technician, and, hopefully, you all can see my screen. Right off the top right on on the top there, you can see here is where you can toggle the check-in, check out. So I'm just gonna go ahead and check-in here, and I will show you what that looks like on my particular on the map after I've done that in just a second. And then if I go in the inbox here, you can see that I have been sent this particular task. I can see, okay. Here's the here's the directions. Here's the it's a high priority. It needs to be done today. And then I'm gonna go ahead and scan my particular asset. So I've generated, like, this quick QR code online so that will pull in all my bulldozer information so I don't have to manually fill that out. Hydraulic issue, yes. There is. And I select no on all these. This is where you can update the asset location. Okay? So if I wanted to this is finding me where I'm at there, but I know that the bulldozer was actually in San Clemente somewhere. I could tap on a particular location and and change it if I wanted to. Maybe in the form of in the process of fixing it, I fixed the hydraulic leak, and I I moved the the bulldozer somewhere, and I can update that location. And now that I fixed it, it is operational, and I'm just going to sign and submit. Alright. Let me go ahead and stop sharing my device, and I will share the map again. Okay. Real quick. Let me show you my user. So if I search Adam in here again and I go to myself and open up my details here, I can see that there should be a oh, yeah. A check-in. So two minutes ago, I checked in, and I can also filter this. So I can come in and say, oh, only within the last hour. I've done a ton of testing here. So that's what that expanded group was. This is at my house. So, there's gonna be a gazillion pins right on my house, but I can filter this just by this last hour. So I can see that I checked in two minutes ago and that I started working on the repair form, that I had a bunch of in progress saves, and then I submitted that repair form forty nine seconds ago. And, again, that was all in my exact location. But if you are using this for workers in the field, you would see that you would see that, you know, them moving to different spots and whatnot. And then you can also see this assigned task. Right? You can see that, this repair bulldozer operator said that it's a hydraulic issue. Now I already had a task in my inbox just because it takes a little while for that task to process, but you can see that this is still, based off the one I dispatched out. This is still available for me as a user. So, okay, let me check and see if I missed anything real quick. That, I think at a high level, wraps up the asset and team tracking demo. One thing that I was talking about for tracking users let me go into it real quick. If you have this pro, feature, you can go into mobile apps and then configure these particular settings. So check-in and check out, you can turn that on. Location breadcrumbs, you can turn that on or off. You've got a location threshold, so maybe you don't wanna update update your breadcrumbs if they're all in the same place, right, if you wanna increase this to, like, 100 meters or something like that just to ensure that they've changed location or in order to capture that again. And then you've got form actions. You can kinda toggle those on and off individually for for your particular account. Okay. That's the asset and team tracking feature. If you have any questions, please throw those in the chat, and we will move on to some of our other features. Let me go ahead and stop sharing. Alright. So AI photo insights. We've been talking about this one for a while, and I'm gonna show you a recorded and when I say we've been talking about it for a while, I mean, we've been kinda teasing it over the last three or four months here and there. But inspections are one of the most common use cases we see, and, your team is out in the field snapping photos, writing notes, and it can be extremely time consuming. So what if the photo could do the work for you? So AI Photo Insights will speed up inspections. You oftentimes will miss a lot less from those photos, and you can do automatically route inspections. And sorry. I totally lost my train of thought here. Yeah. How can I automatically route inspections and escalate issues? So, let me show you the demo that we have set up for this. Alright. I think there we go. Let me show you our AI photo insights. Okay. And let me just play this quick demo, and let me kind of add some context here. So this is a multi photo field within the FastField app. So AI Photo Insights currently only works with multiphoto fields. And you can configure within the form builder, exactly what you want the AI to be looking for for a particular photo field. So if you've got, like, an issues, multi photo field, or or something like that, maybe observation, safety observations, whatever, you can make sure that the AI is looking for that particular those particular types of things within within your multiphoto fields. Let me just play this. So here, I've captured multiple multiple multiphoto fields. I've selected now which fields I want the AI to analyze based off of the prompts I've already given it in the form builder. It's analyzing. It's sending them up to the servers and telling giving suggestions for based off of what the prompts are, what, types of notes you should pull into your note section for those particular fields. And so then the user has the option of, one, deciding which photos they want they gotta analyze, and then, two, deciding which notes are truly applicable to that photo. Maybe it pulls some type of an observation that isn't exactly right or whatever. The user can decide. And once it's pulled into those notes, the user can make make additional edits or shift things around with how how it's worded. Obviously, AI is not perfect. We've all seen that. So this just gives them a place to, quickly, pull out insights and then and then make some edits if they want to. Okay. So that is the AI photo insights demo. Let me go ahead and stop sharing that, and we will move on to the AI label scanner. I teased at the beginning a little bit about the OCR label scanner. One of the big updates that we're doing to, OCR label scanner is we are enhancing it with AI, and let me kinda show you how this works. I mentioned how templates you can use and configure templates for your OCR. We thought we could do better. And what we aim to do is feed AI with the context of your form and have AI analyze those images that you takes takes take photos of, like labels and things like that, and then automatically do all the mapping for you based off of everything it knows. So let me share what this new flow looks like. So here, again, they're taking a photo of this label. AI is scanning it. It's understanding the context of your form. And then just like that, it automaps everything to your form. You can make changes if you want to. It gives some type of a confidence reading of, hey. I'm pretty sure this is correct. You can change mappings if you want. Maybe if for whatever reason it didn't get a mapping exactly correct, you can go ahead and make that edit. And then you can go ahead and apply those particular mappings to your form. So we found in our testing that AI LabelScanner, is really the next level. If if you were having any issues with the original OCR label scanner, which we're still gonna have, by the way, some accounts, for all of these AI features can't maybe they can't use AI. Maybe they're using extremely sensitive information within their forms. Our our existing OCR label scanner is totally gonna be available still, and it's also gonna be available for those offline situations. AA label scanner and AI photo insights is not gonna be an online it is gonna be an online only feature, so you're not gonna be able to to use it offline. And if you have AI label scanner, then it will automatically default to back to the OCR version if, you go offline or or whatever. So it's kind of the best of both worlds if you have, AI label scanner enabled. Alright. Hopefully, that makes sense. I think that is it for AI Label Scanner. Let me go ahead and move on to the last bit, the last thing that we're gonna share today, and that is going to be a sneak peek of something new we're working on, and it's our redesigned form builder. Let me go ahead and share my screen. Alright. So I can only share with you a little bit of this. We are, like, heads down working on this actively. We're trying to do it very quickly. But let me kinda give you a quick, at least, inter introduction to this new feature. So let me go ahead and create a new form, and I can edit an existing form. Or let me just go ahead and create a new form into our new AI builder. What's cool about this is you can simply, with a prompt, create a form. So I can come in here and either upload a a file if I have one already, take a photo, maybe just talk about the kind of form I wanna create. But for this, let me just say, please create me a, Caterpillar bulldozer inspection form. And here it jumps into our new form builder. It's sending up that prompt to, some AI engine, and it's going to add and build this whole form for me right on the fly. You can see I've got dark mode. I can also transfer that into light mode, but we have added this chat experience, to the AI form builder. And you get the best of both worlds. We're still gonna let you do everything manually. Again, for those use cases where maybe you can't use AI or you don't wanna use AI, totally fine. I can go ahead and turn off the AI here, not only in the form builder, but I can turn it off in the entire account if I wanted to. But the whole idea with this AI assistant is you can do things, a lot quicker. So things like changing out field types or, switching around sections or renaming things or or whatever, you can the idea here is that you can chat with your AI assistant and have it do it for you. So I'm not going to go super in-depth here, but I will just give a quick example. Let's see. Change all of my list picker fields to to let's see what other field type. Lookup lists. And here, it's gonna go ahead and analyze my request, find all the list picker fields in my particular form. And as you can see here by this label down here, it's changed them all out for these lookup list picker field types. And you could do all kinds of things like, yeah, makes, give me some new sections I can add to my form, it's going to come back with a with a response of, okay. Well, here's some here's some options here, and maybe I want a maintenance follow-up and corrective action section. So I select that and ship it off, and then it goes in, and it's gonna add that section. It's gonna create all those fields for me. Our our hope is that, and here's that new section and fields that I just added. Our hope is that you can maybe even chat with it, have it create a bunch of fields, edit calculations, do all the stuff that sometimes can take a little while to do, and you can just chat with your AI assistant. What's cool about this is that we've got undo and redo, so maybe it does something that you didn't want or it breaks your form or something like that. Again, AI is not completely perfect. You can come back and undo that change, and it went ahead and removed that section for me. So a lot more coming up with this. We're very excited about, where this is gonna take FastField, and how easy it can be for, customers to come in for existing use cases, for new use cases to come in and build and edit forms. So just a cool little cool little demo of our, FastField form builder. If you're going to empower, we'll have a lot more on this coming up. And I think that will wrap up the demos that I have. Awesome. Thanks, Adam, for walking us through all of that stuff. Great to see everything. And like Adam said, a lot more to come at Empower. Super excited about that event. If you have not heard about it, info is on your screen. We are headed to Houston this So, boy, six weeks out, I believe it is roughly from today. Lots of, again, more fast field info to come. Lots of specific sessions. We just dropped the agenda live last week, so I'll drop that in the chat so you all can take a look at the sessions that are coming. Again, we'd love to see you there live in person in Houston. And, again, lots more to show with Fast Field. Reminder on Empower as well, we're giving away that free, all access pass to someone who is live on the webinar. We will randomly select that later today, alert that person via email, and then, again, let you all know tomorrow via email who the winner was. So now we do have time for questions, so I wanna get to some of those. Feel free to keep asking questions in the q and a and in the chat. Again, if we do not get to your question, we will follow-up with you directly and make sure that you do get an answer there. So let me take a look here and see what we have got for questions. First and foremost, Adam, if the Fastfield app is open but not currently being used, is it still pinging the location? No. So what it does is it tries to ping every five minutes. If your app is not on the foreground, it's not going to send a locations. But as soon as say, if that five minutes has elapsed, as soon as they bring the app to foreground, it'll send up that ping or that pin immediately. Hopefully, that makes sense. But, yeah, if you're switching back and forth to different apps, if if you're using something else, it's not it's it's not going to send up a location. Awesome. Thank you. Kind of on a similar path here. If the app is closed instead, what happens to the tracker? And as kind of a follow on, Adam, if you wanna just answer this all in one, we have a couple questions around then what if there's no Internet connection, or how accurate is it if there's no Internet connection available? Yeah. Obviously, we're we can't send up any locations without, without Internet location, but it will, grab kind of the most recent location even if you don't have Internet connection, and it will send it up when it does have Internet connection. Accuracy, again, it all depends on quality, the quality of your Internet connection and all that. So, there's only so much we can do. Like, we can't enhance it anymore than than what's available. If the app is closed, then none of the tracking will work. So, your check-in and checkout is not gonna work. Your form form actions, type of tracking aren't gonna work, and your breadcrumbs aren't gonna work. So if the app is closed, nothing is gonna track. Got it. Thank you. Let's see. How do we load asset data into the asset and team tracker? Yeah. So you will start by creating a data table with at least, you know, a title field and some type of a location field, and you'll load all that list information into the the data table itself. And then you can create a layer, point it to that particular data table, and then choose which fields you want to be displayed. Excellent. Thank you. Let me see. Adam, for locations, can you import a list? Yeah. Same same thing. Same exact process. Yes. You can import a list. Just go to your data tables page, create a new data table, you know, import via CSV or Excel or whatever it is. You'll create your data table off that list, and then, yeah, create a layer, point it to that particular data table, and then you're good to go. Awesome. Couple questions around plans specifically, Adam. Will the enhanced AI form builder, only be on the pro plan? No. Enhanced form builder, all those AI capabilities will be available across the board. Excellent. Thank you. And follow on to that, is there a release timeline for that, Adam? We are aiming for q three, but we are making really good headway. We, again, we plan to share a lot more at Empower. But but, yeah, we're making really, really good progress. That what I showed you today was not like a mock up. It was a it was an actual working form builder that we have in our development environment. So, we're we're making a lot of progress there. Perfect. From someone who has the pro plan, Adam. Where can they see AI form builder? And I'm gonna add on to this myself. Where can they also see, like, asset and team tracker now that it's live? Yeah. So let me, let me share my screen. I'm gonna go ahead and just show you exactly where it's at. Perfect. Alright. So if you have the pro plan, you should see this tracking drop down here, if you're an admin. If you're not an admin, then, you would have to have we have a new role for, for users that we they want to view this map called tracker. And so you'd have to give them that role, but, otherwise, you have to have an admin. And you can see this this drop down and both of these new pages. For AI, one, AI photo insights, and a AI label scanner are not live yet. Those timelines are going to be April. So April, both of those should be available for pro plan. We will send announcements on that, so you don't have to be checking every second. We'll send emails and things like that. And, yeah, in order to enable those, once they're available, most of this is going to be in the mobile apps area of your company settings. So the tracker, all your tracking settings are gonna be there. Mobile users to scan with OCR, you've got this extra toggle for enable AI powered OCR. And then, AI Photo Insights is something that you will configure within the form builder on your multi photo fields. So, when we come out with those features, we'll have full articles on how to set those up and and and all of that. So, that actually is a good note is that if you go into the tracking feature, you go into this help area, you can see the whole overview, how it works, step by step guide, best practices. If you go into your layers area, you can also see kind of some help documentation on your particular layers. What's a team layer? How to set it up? All that different stuff. So just go into this help area, and you'll it'll help you walk through all that. Perfect. Thanks for showing that, Adam. Let's see what else we've got here. Will there be a notification that FastField is tracking your location? From see. the user. No. Okay. There's not gonna be any active notification to, at least right now, to the user in the field on their FastField app or by push notifications or anything like that. Excellent. Adam, who has permissions to see the tracking app or the tracking map? Excuse me. Yeah. So admins or we have a new role called the tracker. So you have to have one of those two roles in order to see the tracking map. Layers right now can only be configured by admins just because there's some sensitive information that could be accessed here. And then there's also, like, a, I don't know what you'd call it, like a like a compound role. In order to see this dispatch button, the tracker would also need to have the dispatch, role turned on. So there's some, like, compound role things in there. You should see if you have questions about that, all that should be in our help documentation as well. Awesome. Can you assign work directly from the map, Adam? Yeah. If you wanna create a dispatch just like I did, you should have seen that demo where I went into that bulldozer that was needed repair, and I created a dispatch for that particular asset. I could also, alternatively, go into a particular user PIN. So go to my to field technician and then click dispatch, and then it'll send I'll send a dispatch to that particular user as well. So Awesome. Let's see here. For the form actions tracking, does the form need need a geolocation capture somewhere on it for the tracking to work? no. No. It'll we automatically capture form start, form end, and some save, some saving as you go through your form and and fill it out. So Awesome. General FastField question. Can FastField create forms in multiple languages? I mean, yes, you can a handful of things. When you're building out your form, you can change titles and of fields and things like that to different languages. But in the FastField app, we've got a handful of languages that you can change your app to so that the UI, like forms, menu, inbox, in progress, sync, things like that, will be changed. But it's not any language. We've got, I don't know, six to 10 languages that you can change your FastField app to. Awesome. Let's see. Is it possible to turn tracking on and off per person, or is it on, off for everyone? Yeah. So, yes, you can configure it. Just like how I was showing you how to set up your team layers, You can set up your layers however you want. Right? So you can you can, create a group with only the users that you wanna track and then make that a a layer, and then it'll only track those particular users, or you can create a layer that is just looking at a specific person or persons. But the answer is yes. You can configure that however you want based off of how you build your team layers. Excellent. Let's see. Two part question here, Adam. First one around AI. Is the AI proprietary service or commercially available service? I'm not exactly sure what you mean by that. The a like, we have not built our own, LLM, if that's your question. We have not built our own proprietary LLM. We are working off of handful of, commercially available models. Awesome. But, Thank you. obviously, we've we've, prompted them and are building them in a way to where they're doing the things that we want them to do and not just whatever the heck they want. So yeah. Excellent. Yeah. Cool. Another AI question. If AI is viewing the pictures, will it see the whole form with customer data or just the photos? It will just see the photos in the prompt that you have told it to analyze. So like I said, in the multiphoto field in the form builder, I could probably show this in the new AI form builder if I'm if I don't know if I don't know if I should do go that in-depth right now. But, yeah, if you went into the in the form builder when this is released and you go to your multiphoto field that you want to enable this for, you'll see a new, like, AI photo insights setting in there, and you can you can turn that on and then configure the exact prompt, that you want the AI to be looking for for the that field. So, no, it won't know anything more about your form, besides the prompt that that you tell it. Awesome. Along the same AI lines, can AI analyze location to summarize a pattern of stops? For example, this asset always spends this long at this location on this day. Right now, for asset and team tracking, we have not enhanced it enhanced it with any AI capabilities. Yeah. So but, yeah, we would love to to make some really cool AI AI insights coming from coming from the asset and team tracking. I we don't have a time frame on that, but but that's definitely something we've talked about. That would be really cool. Yeah. There there's some I'm kind of being a little tight lipped about it. There are some some potential updates, at Empower and things like that for stuff like that. So I'm I'm I'm gonna be tight lipped on on this one. Perfect. Thanks, Adam. Let's see. Is map usage limited to The US, or can it be used anywhere in the world for the asset and team feature? Any anywhere. Yeah. Anywhere in the world, you can you can use it. As long as you got a lat long, it's gonna place a pin there. Perfect. Thank you. Let's see. I think we have hit all the questions live, Adam. I know, Andrew was also answering some directly in the background that were a little more specific to, you know, people's specific accounts or plans, things like that. I'm gonna do one last pass through here, but it looks like we have hit everything, which is great because we are just about out of time anyway. So great work, everyone, submitting just the right amount of questions for us. But, again, if you have questions that you felt weren't answered or if you have questions after this webinar that you think of, definitely reach out to us. Reach out to your account manager. They will be more than happy to help get you an answer to that. Final reminders. Again, we did record this session as well. So if you need to revisit it or if you missed anything, wanna send it along to your team, anything like that, this will be made available tomorrow. We'll send that out to you all via email, so be on the lookout in your inbox for that. And, again, we are giving away one ticket to Empower, and we will let that lucky winner know later today. And then in that same email with the recording, give you the the name of that winner so you all know. But regardless of if you win or not, we would love to see you in Houston at Empower with the info on the screen. Feel free free to scan that QR code. Check out the agenda. We have a lot of really good, you know, fast field announcements coming, like Adam said, field services type, sessions and things like that that we're really, really excited about this year. So would love to see as many of you there as possible. You know, quick thing to note as well, If you cannot join us live in Houston, there is a virtual keynote, so you will be able to see that, keynote session where we're talking about the new products and features. You'll be able to join that live virtually as well. So, again, we'd love to see you in Houston first and foremost, but if you can't, be sure to sign up for that virtual keynote so that you are up to date on, a lot of those things that, again, Adam was hinting at but didn't fully reveal on this webinar that will be, fully announced at Empower. So I think that is it from us. So with that, thank you all for joining us. Adam, thank you for walking us through all of these great new features, and everyone have a great rest of your day. Thanks, everyone. Bye.
